Chex Party Mix / Snack Mix (Recipe #1)

Wee Willy’s Lip
Smacking Snack™
10 cups Chex or Crispex Cereal
2 cups any mix of pretzels, crackers, bagel chips or nuts
6 Tbsp. butter, olive oil or margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 Tbsp. Wee Willy’s Dry Marinade #1
1-1/2 Tbsp. Wee Willy’s Dry Marinade #3. Like it spicy? Use Formula #2 instead
Heat oven to 250˚. Mix cereal with your choice of pretzels, crackers, bagel chips or nuts in a large roasting pan. Set aside. Melt the butter completely. Mix melted butter with the lemon juice, stir in Wee Willy’s Seasoning Blend. Gradually drizzle the Wee Willy’s butter mixture over the cereal and snack mix. Stir until evenly coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes 12 cups of the best tasting Lip Smacking Snack™ you’ll ever taste.
