Chicken Wing Dings™
1- 1/2 to 2 lb of large chicken wings (we like to leave them whole)
1 Tbsp. Wee Willy’s Dry Marinade #1
1 Tbsp. Wee Willy’s Sweet Formula
1 Tblsp. Wee Willy’s Formula #2
Heat oven to 350˚. Rinse wings and pat dry. Mix together in a small bowl Wee Willy's Dry Marinades. Sprinkle generously with with seasoning mixture and let rest 10 - 15 min. or up to 24 hours in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator. Cover a large rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Rub marinade into each wing evenly. Spray each wing lightly with cooking spray and place on the sheet pan; wing tips facing down. Place pan on the middle rack of a heated 350˚ oven. Bake 50 - 60 min. until nice and brown.
They will be as moist on the outside as they are on the inside. Almost as if they had been sauced. Serve with warm Wee Willy’s Barbecue Sauce and for a real treat dip them into Wee Willy’s White Barbeque Sauce.
Wee Willy’s Tidbits: Check out our chicken WingRack works great.
